Laubach, 13.10.2014: The schwa-medico group based in Laubach, Hessen, strengthens its industrial division through the takeover of international transformer manufacturer
Manfred Schmelzer GmbH including M.S Transformers India Private Limited.
This merger will create one of the leading transformer manufacturing, inductor and industrial product companies in the global electronics sector with over 750 employees across 3 continents.
